Stated below is the Privacy Policy (the “Privacy Policy”) of A2Zwebdesignlondon.co.uk (“A2Z,” “we,”“our” or “us”).  Except where expressly stated otherwise, this Privacy Policy applies only to information collected on A2Z and does not apply to information collected offline or otherwise outside of the A2Z .

The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to identify the Personal Information we may collect, describe how you can review and make changes to that Personal Information, describe how you can learn about changes to the Privacy Policy, and provide you with a mechanism to opt-out of certain marketing activities.

A2Z and any third party associates shall use information provided by the Client in relation to this contract in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and also to identify the Client in communications with them.

Use for Marketing Purposes.

We may use your information for our own marketing purposes, including notifying you of special promotions, offers and events via postal mail, e-mail, telephone, text messaging, and other means. If you do not want us to use your information for marketing purposes, you may opt-out of such uses by notifying us as prescribed below.

Use for Non-Marketing Purposes.

We may use your information for purposes unrelated to marketing, including:

(1)           responding to your inquiries, complaints and other communications;

(2)           processing and fulfilling orders for and/or purchases of A2Z services/products;

Cookies and Web Beacons

A2Z may utilize a website technology known as “cookies” primarily to enhance your online experience.  A cookie is a small text file that contains information sent by a web site that is saved on your hard drive by your computer’s browser.
